Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war erstklassig - absolut sauber, toller Pool, tolle Nachbarschaft (ich konnte hier auch sicher Joggen gehen). Es steht wirklich absolut alles bereit, wir haben nichts vermisst - egal ob Poolspielzeug für unsere Kinder, Handtücher, auch kleine Sitzgelegenheiten für den Strand. Anita ist eine erstklassige Verwalterin/Ansprechpartnerin - sie stand bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung und konnte und erstklassig weiterhelfen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

This property is beautiful, actually much nicer that the pics. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The whole house is very well equipped as described. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to SWFL.

What a great house. So clean and spacious. Pool was awesome and the kids loved every minute of it. Patio area is very comfortable and we used it every single night. Owners are incredibly responsive!!! Definitely 5 Stars!!!!

This was our second stay at the house and we plan to use it for next year's trip. It is so comfortable and well kept; we felt like it was our home. Very decent dishes and pots/pans in the kitchen. The pool was delightful. We ate on the patio several days. Great to have use of the garage. We enjoyed our stay!

We rented this home for a girls trip! It was perfect! We really enjoyed to pool and its convenient location. The house as beautiful as it was, we mostly sat outside by the pool. It accommodated us perfectly. I was leery at first, having to convert US currency to German, but its was very easy. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing girls trip!

We enjoyed our time at the Pelican. We had everything we needed for cooking and the house is spacious and nicely located near a grocery store that we could walk to. Anita, the property manager, was wonderful in every way and responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed using the pool and the adjoining patio. The beach supplies were great to have for people who have traveled from afar. I would highly recommend the Pelican for families or friends.

Luxurious
We loved our stay at your beautiful home in Cape Coral. You had everything we needed and more. Our beds were so comfortable and I loved the master bath. The pool was my favorite. We were in it a lot. The fabulous beaches did not disappoint. The price was so affordable next year we would love to stay the month of February. Thank you for the fabulous vacation.

Wir durften Ende Oktober für eine gute Woche in dieser toll ausgestatteten Villa zu Gast sein. Alle Zimmer sehr sauber und ausreichend groß. Die Schlafzimmer haben sehr bequeme Betten, sowie große begehbare Kleiderschränke. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, man hat wirklich alles, was notwendig ist. Highlight ist der Pool und die wirklich sehr großzügige Terrasse mit 4 schönen Liegen und Gasgrill, den wir fast täglich im Gebrauch hatten. Lobenswert auch das Extrazimmer mit Laptop und Drucker für einen kurzen Blick ins Internet. Die Betreuung durch Hausverwalter Michael ebenfalls problemlos und top organisiert.
Die Lage ist ebenso top, da zentral; Restaurants und Kneipen in der Nähe. Supermarkt Publix sogar fußläufige erreichbar. Und doch ist man auch schnell wieder auf der Brücke nach Fort Myers und so sind Tagesausflüge vom Haus sehr gut machbar. Wir waren sogar mal bis nach Fort Lauderdale unterwegs und sind abends wieder zurück gewesen.
Also, wer einen entspannten Urlaub im Sunshine State genießen will und dabei auch die Vorzüge einer tollen Ferienvilla zu schätzen weiß, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
